MeX, the way we should treat e-waste



The project “MeX, the way we should treat e-waste”, by Elia Azzali, Marco Ferretti and Valentino Ghizzi of class 5BCCH, was selected by the National Evaluation Committee as one of the three 2024 winners of the “Stories of Alternation and Skills” Award, for the category “Technical Institutes for PCTO pathways, 1st level apprenticeship.”


MeX was awarded the second prize, with an economic disbursement of 1,500 euros awarded to the institute for the purchase of tools and equipment to be used in the design and implementation of PCTO pathways and training.


The project is the result of two years of work in which students with teachers and the support of the Manto Circular Lab APS Association were able to get involved in numerous experiences with enthusiasm and determination.

The awards ceremony of the 7th edition of the “Stories of Alternation and Skills” Prize was held on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at Pavilion 10 - Forum Area of Veronafiere, during Job&Orienta, with the announcement of the winning projects, school and company tutors of the 2024 edition. Representatives from Unioncamere, the Ministry of Education and Merit, the National Association of Headmasters , the ITS Academy Network, the iM2A Network, the RENISA Network, the TAM Network , the RENAIA Network, Federmeccanica, Federalberghi and Fipe, along with students from the finalist schools, took part in the presentation, organized by Skuola.net.
